What private label means here
The product is manufactured by us; the brand, label and packaging are yours. We do not design or produce packaging — you deliver the finished packaging and we fill it. This keeps the split of responsibility clear from the first quote.
Yours or ours
Bring a recipe and we produce against it. Without one, we develop a formulation with you and lock it at sample approval.
Cold process or glycerin
Cold process bars are prepared by hand, cut and cured on racks. A separate line handles glycerin soap for decorative and concept work.
You supply, we fill
Packaging design and production stay with you. We pack your products into the packaging you deliver to the facility.

How a project runs

Brief
Product, target volume, weight, packaging and any formulation you already hold.
Sample and quote
We prepare a sample and confirm minimum order quantity, unit price and timeline. Preparation takes 5–7 days.
Production and cure
The batch runs against the approved sample. Cold process bars cure 4–6 weeks before packing.
Packing and handover
Products are packed into your packaging and prepared for collection or export.
Certifications
The documents buyers and importers usually request during supplier approval.
Common questions
Can you produce with our own formulation?
Yes. If you supply a recipe we produce against it. If you do not have one, we develop a formulation with you and confirm it at the sample stage before any batch runs.
Who is responsible for packaging?
You are. Packaging design and packaging production are not part of our service. You deliver finished packaging to us and we pack your products into it.
How long does a private label project take?
Sample preparation takes 5 to 7 days after the formulation and packaging are agreed. Cold process bars then cure for 4 to 6 weeks before packing, so plan the full cycle around that curing time.
What is the minimum order quantity for private label?
Products ship in cases of 70 units and you can mix varieties across cases. For export, around 10 cases is the practical starting point — below that, freight cost per unit stops making sense. The exact minimum depends on your formulation, weight and packaging, and is confirmed in the quote.
Do you supply to buyers outside Turkey?
Yes. We have export experience to 17+ countries from our facility in Istanbul.
