Production runs in our own facility in Istanbul. Cold process bars are prepared by hand, cut and cured on racks; a separate line handles glycerin soap for decorative and concept work. Every batch is tracked against its own formulation.

How a project runs
Four steps, in this order. Nothing goes into production before you approve the sample.
Enquiry
Tell us the product, target volume, packaging and any formulation you already have.
Sample and quote
We prepare a sample and confirm the minimum order quantity, unit price and timeline. Preparation takes 5–7 days.
Production
The batch runs against the approved sample. Cold process bars cure for 4–6 weeks before packing.
Packing and shipment
Products are packed into the packaging you supply and prepared for collection or export.
Questions we are asked first
What is your minimum order quantity?
Products ship in cases of 70 units. You can mix different products across cases, so a single order does not have to be one variety. For export, around 10 cases is the practical starting point — below that, freight cost per unit stops making sense. The exact minimum is confirmed per enquiry, based on your product mix and destination.
Do you provide samples before production?
Yes. Samples are produced and approved before any batch starts. Sample preparation typically takes 5 to 7 days once the formulation and packaging are agreed.
Which certifications do you hold?
Production is ISO 22716 GMP compliant. We also hold ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 10002 customer satisfaction and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certification.
Do you handle packaging?
We pack your products into packaging that you supply. Packaging design and packaging production are not part of our service; you deliver the finished packaging and we fill it.
Do you export?
Yes. We have export experience to 17+ countries from our facility in Istanbul, Turkey.
Can you work with our own formulation?
Yes. If you have a recipe, we produce against it. If you do not, we can develop one with you and confirm it at the sample stage.
